1.2. No Ownership: THE COMPANY DOES NOT OWN, MANAGE, OR OPERATE ANY MARITIME VESSELS. We do not assume the duties or liabilities inherent to the actual provider of maritime transportation services.

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAVEL FULFILLMENT

2.1. Provider Liability: We disclaim all responsibility for the actions, negligence, or failures of Third-Party Cruise Providers (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Carnival). This includes vessel safety, service quality, and itinerary changes.
2.2. Sole Remedy: The User’s exclusive remedy for any claim related to the cruise service rests solely against the Third-Party Cruise Provider.

3. ACCURACY OF MARITIME INFORMATION AND CONTENT

3.1. "As Is" Basis: All content, including ship descriptions and deck plans, is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant the absolute accuracy of data sourced from third-party repositories.
3.2. Dynamic Pricing: Fares and availability are highly dynamic. Guaranteed pricing is only established once a booking is finalized and accepted by the Provider.

4. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING DISCLAIMER

Pricing discrepancies may occur between external marketing campaigns (search engines/ads) and real-time availability. The only binding price is the one confirmed on our final payment page.

5. MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

5.1. Passports & Visas: It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure they possess valid government ID and visas. We disclaim all liability for users denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND MARITIME RISKS

Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with international maritime travel, including weather incidents and illness outbreaks. We do not guarantee the fulfillment of special medical or accessibility requests by the carrier.

7. TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMERS

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Payments are handled via secure third-party processors; the Company is not liable for data breaches occurring at the processor level.

Travel Insurance: THE COMPANY STRONGLY RECOMMENDS COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE to mitigate financial loss.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbtickets LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or the services booked therein.
